• Patrol community wide to observe and report to act as a high visibility deterrent

• Enforce the Association's parking, traffic, and applicable rules and regulations

• Control physical access to the Colony and to its properties

• Facilitate the movement of traffic through the Main Gate to validate entry authorization prior to opening the gate

• Ensure the Clubhouse and surrounding common area is secured during non-business hours. 

•  Maintain a highly visible patrol presence in order to aid in the prevention of unlawful activity and illegal entry into the Colony properties and residences

• Perform periodic foot patrol to look at critical areas which cannot be easily reached in a vehicle
