Board of Directors
The Colony HOA Board has 7 members, elected for two-year terms. Board meetings are typically held monthly on the 3rd Thursday of each month. However, no meetings are held in the months of July and December

Committees
The Colony includes the following Committees that are advisory to the Board. Committees consist of Colony Homeowner volunteers and each has a Charter with specific responsibilities.
Each Committee is supported by a Board Liaison and Staff Member, and authorized to make recommendations to the Board and HOA General Manager. The Committees are not authorized to act independently without approval of the Board
Staff
The Colony has on-site staff members available to assist residents Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed from 12 noon to 1 p.m. for lunch. For their phone extensions along with their emails, visit the More About Staff page.
Access Control
The Colony has 24/7 gate attendant and community patrol services.

to allow residents to give their visitors access permission.
Town Square
Town Square is a secure, on-line website where residents can conduct their personal HOA-related business, such as, paying monthly assessments, submitting electronic work order request forms, tracking these work orders, and accessing The Colony governing documents.
